Our Founder

Thor Bunde.

Thor is the founder and CEO of DenWay. He is originally from Denmark.
Now based in Miami, Florida, he leads strategy, ads, and the systems behind every partnership.

Thor grew up in a dental family. His father is an orthodontist, his mother a dental hygienist. From the day he was born, he watched his parents build, grow, and scale their practice. He learned how a dental clinic actually runs long before he ever learned marketing.

Before founding DenWay, Thor spent years inside the high-performance agency world, working alongside operators running multi-million dollar businesses, including multi-million dollar dental groups. That combination, the inside view of a dental practice and the operator-grade thinking he learned in the agency world, is what DenWay was built on.

Today, DenWay brings thousands of new patients and transformed smiles to dental practices. The team has helped providers reach Diamond status and beyond, and has supported operators as they expand to multiple locations. DenWay currently manages seven figures in advertising budget across its client roster.

He's directly involved with every practice that comes on board and works personally with each one from day one. The difference between an agency and a growth partner is whether the founder still gives a damn after the contract is signed.
